A couple of weeks ago, I was asked to create some tall tablecentres for a 90th Birthday… the colour scheme was cerise pink with a splash of blue, but apart from that, I had freedom of choice with the flowers.
The party was held in a small marquee in the clients back garden, which was already a picturesque setting with beds overflowing with summer flowers, all we had to hope for now was the weather stayed fine…. which it did!
Anyway, here are the photos I was given after the event, and was so pleased to hear that the Birthday Girl had loved the flowers and so had all her guests!
The vases are a 60cm glass flute design, with some ruscus foliage in the centre, and the flowers used in the arrangement on the top included Peonies, Roses, Delphiniums, Tritillaria, Sweet William, Germini and Sweet Peas.
